Ben Stolz 

Ben has been running for 15 years and has completed 20+ marathons including Boston, Chicago, Brooklyn and numerous locally.  When Ben took up running he couldn't run more than 500m without needing to take a walk. He understands what is needed to start from scratch and to slowly but surely work towards your goals.


Ben has 5+ years of coaching experience, training beginners through to masters athletes, in distances from 1500m up to the marathon. Ben has a real passion for the marathon. He loves the process of building a training plan, putting in the work and the sense of accomplishment that comes with finishing.


Since moving to Bendigo, Ben has been a regular member of the Bendigo Bats as they made their long journey back to the Premier Division. He loves the team aspect and sees the benefits of being a part of a supportive running community.


Ben is also a Myotherapist with 12+ years of working with Elite through to recreational athletes which has really helped build his coaching philosophy. He believes you can’t improve while you are injured sitting on the sidelines therefore injury prevention and recovery play key roles in his training programs.


Having a young family, running his own business and fitting in his own running training, Ben understands the many challenges life can throw your way. His programs are designed to be flexible and fit in with your lifestyle and commitments.
