Sub 3hr Marathoner
Eliza has loved sport since a young age. Competing at a national level in Rowing in her teen years, Eliza fell into recreational running shortly after completing high school. Quickly, she fell in love with it, and began to clock PB’s race by race. In 3 years, Eliza took 30 minutes off her Marathon PB and 13 minutes off her half marathon PB.
With experience completing degrees in Exercise Science, having her level 2 Strength and Conditioning qualification, and working within a sporting environment at the AFL, Eliza appreciates the importance of running for people, and how meaningful it can be, outside that of just hitting PB’s. Eliza believes in the power of running for the mind as well as the body and loves the social aspect of the sport. With many of her best friends also being runners, Eliza enjoys pushing herself to her limits and training hard, whilst having fun doing it.
Working a full-time job, and juggling full-time training, Eliza believes in working together with her athletes to balance the various demands of life. She places an emphasis on communication, and the athlete coach relationship being open and honest in order to stay injury free and produce results, individual to each athlete.
