BOSTON MARATHON BOUND

Favourite training session in build up:

I enjoy the longer sessions, working around MP. Particularly the progression run: 3 x 3km @ (4.10/4.05/4.00) & also the 4 x 4km @ MP.


Favourite running location- A good, nicely groomed dirt road with rolling hills on the Ninch is hard to beat! Tucks Rd and Hunts Rd are absolute gems. Just had a 50min trot around Central Park in New York, which was bloody beautiful.

Fun Fact: can often be found listening to Mariah Carey’s or Sia’s Christmas album while running, no matter what time of the year. Guilty as charged.

Fun fact: works in high performance cricket and got a job in India a few months ago and has had to do a lot fo training on the treadmill over there for this build up.

Favourite training session in build up: 8x 1k Bring on big 1k reps- lock in and get them done!


Favourite training location: is anywhere the group is- I love getting around people and heading out for a run


Fun fact: I’m not sure if this is a fun fact but at last count I had 21 different pairs of runners. I’m a sucker for a good running shoe!
